An Olympic Gold Medalist and the Executive Director of EIRSO, Titi Cercel is a both member of the Bucharest Police Department and Interpol. In his younger years Director Cercel was presented with the Romanian "Hero of the State" award on three separate occasions. During his boxing career he ranked 3rd in the world as a light weight boxer. His years of law enforcement experience and his tremendous athletic abilities suit him well in his roll as an 'Intelligence and Security Specialist' for TEERS-international teams.
